E2 Implementation includes setting up CRM, NICE inContact, and the Customer Dynamics Portal.

The target of this manual is to assist CRM and NICE inContact Admins (or Implementation Teams) who will be setting up E2 for their companies.

This manual lists the prerequisites in the order they need to be configured. The other items can be done out of order but are presented here in a logical flow.
At several points in the Implementation process, a section will point you to the 'E2 Configuration User Manual.' Configuration is needed to create a fully implemented solution.
